Boris saw that I was busy clearing up after some fellow Pooch Walkers today…so he decided to take “matters” into his own paws… When asked for a comment a reserved Boris was heard to say “It was the least I could do”… Thanks Boris….very thoughtful.
The moral of the story….the snow is much more bearable when you are on the Pooch Walk.
Pete would like it to be known that, in spite of the melting snow and ice, snow flurries, showers and the resultant copious amounts of cloying mud there are still times on the Pooch Walk when he looks like a very clean boy. Yes you do Pete….and a very handsome one too.
The fast-melting ice and copious amounts of running ground water today brought Charlie back to Calgary 2013. As such, he wasn’t taking any chances when it came to the possibility of flooding…indeed he was heard to say “if beavers can do it so can I…!” Very public-minded Charlie…you did the Pooch Walk proud…!
Lucy joined her first Pooch Walk today. She had already heard of the “legend” of the Charlie Brown. All that was left was to join the club. A decent effort Lucy…practise makes perfect…! You never know what you will see on the Pooch Walk.
